Terms and Conditions

1. Overview 

  • The LUMI CARE PLAN is an affordable solution for patients eager to maintain their LUMIWHITE smile.
  • Patients who subscribe will receive LUMIWHITE maintenance gels, in the post, every 3 or 6 months, depending on their selected LUMI CARE PLAN.
  • Each LUMI CARE PLAN includes an annual teeth whitening review and clinical examination with your LUMIWHITE Dentist.
  • For added convenience, all our LUMI CARE PLANS provide complimentary replacement of whitening trays in case of loss or damage, ensuring your whitening routine remains uninterrupted.

2. LUMIWHITE Maintenance Gels

  • Patients on the LUMI CARE PLAN will receive one (1) LUMIWHITE Teeth Whitening gel (3ml) every six (6) months.
  • Patients on the LUMI CARE PLAN+ will receive one (1) LUMIWHITE Teeth Whitening gel (3ml) every three (3) months.
  • The gel will be delivered directly to the patient's provided address.

3. Annual Dentist Review

  • Patients are entitled to one (1) annual teeth whitening review with a LUMIWHITE Dentist.
  • The annual teeth whitening review includes a full clinical examination.
  • It is the patient's responsibility to schedule the annual review.
  • Additional dentist visits may incur a charge, which is determined at the dentist's discretion.

4. Free Replacements

  • Whitening trays will be replaced with LUMIWHITE Superseal Whitening Trays, free of charge, if damaged or lost.
  • Patients must report the damage or loss and request a replacement by sending an email to: lumicareplan@lumiwhite.com
  • Patients may be required to book an appointment with their LUMIWHITE Dentist to have new impressions taken to create the replacement whitening trays.
  • Up to one (1) set of replacement LUMIWHITE Superseal Whitening Trays can be requested, without any additional charge, per year.
  • Additional replacements, within a year, are charged at £75/arch.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • The LUMI CARE PLAN and LUMI CARE PLAN+ are subscription-based services.
  • Payment will be billed monthly and patients must ensure their payment information is up to date to avoid service interruptions.
  • Patients may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting LUMIWHITE customer service. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

6. Eligibility

  • LUMIWHITE Dentists are responsible for determining which patients are eligible.
  • Our LUMI CARE PLANS are ideal for patients who have previously used LUMIWHITE Teeth Whitening products or any other professional teeth whitening system supervised by a dentist.

7. Modification of Terms

  • LUMIWHITE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Patients will be notified of any changes via email or through the LUMIWHITE website.

8. Liability

  • LUMIWHITE is not liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, such as postal disruptions.
  • LUMIWHITE is not responsible for any adverse effects arising from the misuse of its products.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the subscriber resides.

10. Returns

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please check your spam or junk folder, as we cannot be responsible for any emails that are filtered there.
  • Once your LUMIWHITE maintenance gel has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns.
  • This policy is in place to ensure the integrity and safety of our products.
  • Once a product leaves our warehouse, we can no longer guarantee that it has been stored and handled under optimal conditions.
  • We are committed to providing high-quality and safe products and this policy helps us maintain those standards.

11. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are provided, via email, at the time of dispatch.
  • Delivery of LUMIWHITE maintenance gels, is usually 1-3 working days after you receive your dispatch email.

12. Delivery Fees

  • There are zero shipping fees for patients on the LUMI CARE PLAN or LUMI CARE PLAN+
  • If there are any additional shipping fees for expedited delivery, this can be arranged separately by sending an email to lumicareplan@lumiwhite.com
